That National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) is the nation's largest professional organization for attorneys who practice in the areas of criminal defense and drunk driving defense. NACDL provides hundreds of teaching seminars each year. NACDL is providing a DVD for DUI defense lawyers across the nation containing the best of the best presentations.

Attorney Michael Hawkins' presentation, "Bad Science, Bad Tests, Good Cross" is one of twelve top DUI defense teaching seminars included on the NACDL's exclusive teaching DVD. A good cross examination is one of the most critical aspects of a trial. In this presentation, Attorney Hawkins explains to other DUI defense lawyers how to conduct a good cross examination when confronted with bad tests (tests and test results) and bad science.
